Rise Venture is one of the few venture capital firms that will allow small to large

Christopher Lim. Mr. Lim has raised over $15 million in the last few years for many startup firms, many of which are currently publicly traded. One of his most recent investments was in a Chinese Telecom firm Qiao Xing Universal Telephone (NASDAQ: XING) at $2 per share private placement before it went public. After their IPO, Qiao Xing Universal Telephone traded as high as $70. Mr. Lim advised many of his clients to sell for 2500%-3500% gains on the stock. Mr. Lim had the vision to see the Chinese market explode before it erupted earlier this year.
